Your 90-Day Return & Exchange Window

A. Generous Timeframe & Flexible Options

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
This extended window allows you ample time to ensure your selection is perfect.

Eligible items may be returned for:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit for a future purchase

B. Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • Free from scratches, damage, or alterations
  • Returned with all original packaging
  • Accompanied by certificates or documentation (if applicable)

All items must meet the condition requirements.

B. Non-Eligible Items

  • Custom-designed jewelry
  • Resized or modified pieces (outside Naba Jewelers services)
  • Third-party altered items
  • Worn or damaged jewelry
  • Shipping charges

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us

Email our Customer Care Team at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your request (Refund / Store Credit / Exchange)

Step 2: Authorization & Instructions

Our team will provide return authorization (RMA), detailed instructions,
and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).

Step 3: Ship Your Item

Securely pack your jewelry in its original packaging
and send it using the provided instructions.

Step 4: Refund or Credit

Once received and inspected, refunds or credits are processed within
up to 14 business days.

4. Complimentary Ring Resizing

A. Free Resize Service

We offer one complimentary resize for:

  • Engagement Rings
  • Wedding Bands

Resize range:

  • Up to one full US size
  • Quarter / half-size adjustments available

B. Larger Adjustments

For resizing beyond one US size, additional charges may apply.
Feasibility depends on the ring design. In some cases,
resetting the stone into a new band may be recommended.
